The Saalbach in Bruchsal

The Saalbach ( sometimes the Saalbach ) is a 50 km long right (eastern ) tributary of the Rhine.

Course

The Saalbach arises in Bretten by the confluence of Weißach and Salzach. By Gondelsheim of Saalbach flows to the northwest and reached Bruchsal, where it branches off from the Saalbach channel. The Saalbach then bends to the north and ends at Philipsburg into the Rhine.

Saalbach channel
