Sabine Bischoff

Sabine Bischoff - Wolf ( born May 21, 1958 in Koblenz, † March 6, 2013 in Weikersheim ) was a German foil fencer from the Federal Republic of Germany, the 1984 Olympic gold medalist with the team.

It belonged since 1963 to the FC Tauberbischofsheim and trained only at Horst Held and from 1976 by ​​Emil Beck. She won her first international medal at the World Fencing Championships 1979 in bronze, followed by silver in 1981, bronze in 1982 and silver in 1983. 1983 and 1984 they won the German Championship with the foil. At the 1984 Olympics in Los Angeles, she took seventh place in the individual standings.
