Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean
Saguenay -Lac -Saint -Jean administrative region (French région administrative ) in the center of the Canadian province of Quebec.
It is further classified into four regional county municipalities ( municipalites Clarisse de comté ) and 60 municipalities, Reserves, and unincorporated areas divided. Seat of administration is Saguenay.
The population is 273 461 (2011), the land area of 95,892.8 km ², which corresponds to a population density of 2.9 inhabitants per km ². 99.7 % of residents speak French and 0.2 % English as the main language.
In the northwest, Saguenay -Lac -Saint -Jean administrative region bordering the North -du -Québec, to the east by Côte- Nord, on the south by Capitale - Nationale, on the southwest by Mauricie.
