Saiko Lake

The Saiko (Japanese西湖, German: " West Lake " ) is one of the Fuji Five Lakes in Yamanashi Prefecture in Japan.

It is connected with the Shoji Lake and Lake Motosu by underground streams, so that the levels of all three lakes located at the same height of 901 m.

The Saiko has an area of 2.12 km ², with a maximum depth of 73.2 m and a mean depth of 8.2 m.
