Saint Paul Island (Alaska)

The Saint -Paul Island (English Saint Paul Iceland ) is the largest of the four Pribilof Islands, lying north of the Aleutian Islands in the Bering Sea. Like all the other islands of this archipelago is also the Saint -Paul- volcanic island. Administratively, the 104 km ² island is part of the U.S. state of Alaska.

The St. Paul Island has about 530 inhabitants, the vast majority of them are Alaska Natives from the root of the Aleutian Islands.

In addition to the Alaskan mainland ferry links the island also has its own airport.
