Saint-Thurien, Finistère
Saint- Thurien ( Breton Sant - Turian ) is a commune with 997 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011 ) in the department of Finistère in Brittany.
Location and transport
Lorient is located 30 kilometers southeast of Quimper and 35 km west of Saint- Thurien. In Quimperlé and Bannalec are the next departures of the highway E 60 (Nantes- Brest) and among other things, in Quimperlé, Bannalec and ROSPORDEN there are regional stations. In Lorient, Brest and Rennes are regional airports.

Saint- Thurien was first mentioned in 1278 as Saincthourchan documented.
