Šajkača

The Šajkača ( Serbian Cyrillic шајкача ) is a popular Serbian national headgear. It has its origins in the 18th century and was carried by the Šajkaši, the boatmen on the Danube.

The striking thing about the Šajkača is the shape that resembles the letter V on the upper part of the cap.
