Sakapultekisch ( Sacapulteco ) is a Mayan language, which is spoken by about 10,000 to 40,000 indigenous people in the municipality in the department of Quiché in Guatemala Sacapulas.

The Sakapultekische is closely related to the Quiché language.

At the 2002 census in Guatemala gave 6973 people (0.1%) Sakapulteko as their native language; 9763 people (0.1%) described themselves as Sakapulteken. These figures are far below other estimates, such as by Tzian (1994 ), which indicates 42 204 Speakers in Guatemala. According to SIL International, the Sakapultekische is spoken in 2006 by 15,000 people in Guatemala.
