Salling is a Danish landscape and the peninsula in the north of Jutland, which juts out to the western part of the Limfjord. Since 2007, it covers together with the island of Fur from a large part of Skive municipality in Region Midtjylland. Prior to that, from 1970 to 2006, belonged the communities Sallingsund, Sundsøre and Spøttrup and part of the "old" Skiver municipality to the peninsula.

Location and landscape
