Sally Bollywood is a French animated television series that is broadcast since 2009 in France and since 2010 in Germany.

Action

The twelve -year-old Sally Bollywood lives with her father Harry, a famous detective in the city of Little Bombay. Because the girl wants to be like her father, she founded with her best friend Doowee a detective bureau, " Sally Bollywood Investigation" ( SBI). Together, the many cases both for the children from their school Little Bombay High. However, for their investigations they have only during the holidays and weekend time, except the director personally commissioned to elucidate unusual incidents.

Main Characters

• Sally Bollywood

Sally Bollywood is the main character and add a sports fan. She has mastered the martial art Kalaripayattu, from which many subsequent movements of Indian dance. When she grows up, she wants to be a detective. My best friend and a partner in the detective agency SBI is Doowee.

• Doowee McAdam

Doowee McAdam is Sally's neighbor and best friend. In addition, they have together founded the detective SBI. He is also a technology specialist, so he invents many things (eg special glasses ... ), which are very useful in the investigation.

• Harry Bollywood

Harry Bollywood is the father of Sally and the largest private investigator of Little Bombay. When his wife died in Sally's birth, he started his own business so he can take better care of his daughter.

• Mrs. Apu

Her real name is Mrs. Apuhaikaarâmbharâ. When Harry was little, she started as his nanny in Bollywood. Now she is the housekeeper and supplies the family especially with delicious Indian meals.

• Mr. Cubbins

Mr. Cubbins is the caretaker of the school, go to Sally and Doowee. He also owns dogs that guard the school. He is also sometimes (probably mistakenly ) referred to as a security guard.

• Francis

Francis is the nerd in school, because he's chemistry -Ass.

• Alex

Alex is a classmate of Sally. In addition, he is often regarded as a suspect or even perpetrators.

• Gia

• Director Shoebridge

The series based on an idea by Sue Pepper and elastic Jane was commissioned by France 3. It is broadcast on 26 October 2009 by France 3 in France. Since May 7, 2010, the German premiere takes place at Disney Channel. This was followed by a repeat at Super RTL.
