Samantha Warriner

Samantha Warriner ( born August 1, 1971 in Alton ( Hampshire ), England ) is a starting for New Zealand triathlete, two -time World Champion (2004, 2009) and Ironman champion ( 2011).

Career

Their nicknames are Samma or Wazza. In 2001 she played her first triathlon in 2005 and the first time she was able to win a race in Ishigaki ITU. They started in 2004 and again in 2008 in Triathlon at the Summer Olympic Games, where she reached the 18th and 16th place.

2004 and again in 2009 she was Aquathlon World Champion (2.5 km run, 1 km swim and 2.5 km run ). In December 2009, she married her husband Stephen Bradley - will continue to start in competitions under her birth name Warriner.

In March 2011, she reached her first victory on the long distance triathlon (3.86 km swim, 180.2 km cycling and 42.195 km running) at Ironman New Zealand in Taupo.

Samantha Warriner lives in Whangarei and is coached by Siri Lindley. In 2012 she took a break in July and her daughter was born.
