Samuel Honrubia

Samuel Honrubia ( born July 5, 1986 in Béziers ) is a French handball player.

The 1.80 meter tall and 75 kilogram left winger began with the handball game at Racing Club Montagnac. Then stood up Honrubia 2012 in Montpellier HB under contract. With Montpellier he played in the seasons 2002/2003 bis 2011/2012 in the EHF Champions League 2001/2002 in the European Cup winners. In summer 2012, he joined Paris HB.

Samuel Honrubia is in the squad of the French national team, so for the European Handball Championship in 2010 and 2014, where he became European Champion in each case. At the World Championship 2011 in Sweden, he became world champion. In summer 2012, he participated in the Olympics in London and won the gold medal. Previously completed Honrubia 61 caps for France, where he was able to achieve 170 hits.
