Samuel Reber
Samuel Reber ( born July 15, 1903 in East Hampton, New York, † December 25, 1971 in Princeton, New Jersey) was an American diplomat. Career
Samuel Reber, Jr., was born on 15 July 1903 in East Hampton, New York, in a Militäramilie. His father, a U.S. Army Signal Corps Colonel Samuel Reber (1864-1933), graduated in 1886 at West Point, and his mother Cecelia Sherman Miles ( 1869-1952 ) was the daughter of Lieutenant General Nelson A. Miles. He attended the Groton School, graduated in 1925 at Harvard University, where he was in the team of rowing rowing eight.
