San Biagio di Callalta

San Biagio di Callalta is a northern Italian municipality ( comune ) with 13,066 inhabitants (as of 31 December 2012) in the province of Treviso in Veneto. Numerous changes to the municipality have given smaller districts to municipalities Salgareda and Ponte di Piave. The municipality is situated approximately 10 km east-northeast of Treviso, about 27.5 kilometers north of Venice.

Through the village led the Callalta. The callis alta joined the Roman congregations Tarvisium (Treviso) and Opiterium ( Oderzo ). Today's Strada Regionale 53 Postumia completes the course after about. In the same capital of the province, there is a train station, which is served by trains of the railway line Treviso- Portogruaro. In the district Fagare is a small railway station on the same route.
