San Cesario sul Panaro

San Cesario sul Panaro is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 6284 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the Province of Modena in the Emilia- Romagna. The community is located about 11.5 kilometers southeast of Modena and 25 km west- northwest of Bologna on the river Panaro.

Economy and Transport

Through the community, the Autostrada A1 moves from Milan to Rome. To the north it is bounded by the Strada Statale 9 Via Emilia. The place is known as the headquarters of the company Pagani Automobili.
