San Martino Alfieri is a municipality with 697 inhabitants (as at 31 December 2012) in the Italian province of Asti (AT ), Region Piedmont.
The municipality consists of the villages Firano, Garibaldi, Quaglia, Marelli, Fagnani and San Martino Alfieri. The neighboring municipalities are Antignano, Costigliole d' Asti, San Damiano d' Asti and Govone. The patron saint of the place is San Martino.

Specialty
In San Martino Alfieri vines of Barbera for the Barbera d'Asti, a DOCG red wine are grown with status, as well as for the Barbera del Monferrato.
