San Teodoro, Sardinia
San Teodoro is located on the Italian island of Sardinia about 20 km south of Olbia on the east coast a municipality in the province of Olbia- Tempio. The town has 4630 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) and a size of about 104.8 km ².
The municipality is divided into seven districts Lu LIONI, Monte Pedrosu, Buddhitogliu, Straulas, Lu Fraili, Suareddha, Sitagliacciu and La Traversa. The neighboring municipalities are Budoni, Loiri Porto San Paolo, Padru and Torpé (NU).
Economy
The economy of San Teodoro relies mainly on tourism. Agriculture and livestock have a subordinate role.
Beaches and marsh lakes
San Teodoro is mainly known for its beaches. The main objectives are bathing Isuledda, Cala d' Ambra, La Cinta, Punta Aldia, Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi, Baia Salinedda, Suaraccia Cala, Cala Ginepro. In the marshland behind the dunes of La Cinta flamingos, birds of prey and coots live
