Sanabares of Parthia

Sanabares was a Parthian rival king, who reigned from about 50 to 65 AD.

He is known only from his coins that were minted in Merv, so that was his capital.

In the Indo- Parthian Kingdom, there was also a ruler by the name of Sanabares. It is possible that both rulers are one and the same person.
