Sandie Richards

Sandie Richards ( born November 6, 1968 Clarendon Parish ) is a Jamaican athlete who was 2001 World Champion with the 4 x 400 - meter relay team of Jamaica and the silver and in 2004 won the bronze medal at the 2000 Olympic Games. In the 400 -meter run it was 1993 and 2001 World Indoor champion.

Your best time was 49.79 s, achieved in 1997 at the World Championships in Athens. In 1998 she was elected to Jamaica Sportswoman of the Year.

Sandie Richards had a competition weight of 61 kg at a height of 1.70 m. She ended her career after the 2004 Olympics. By profession she is a sociologist with a degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
