Sandjar Ahmadi

Sandjar Mohammed Ahmadi (* February 10, 1992 in Kabul ) is an Afghan footballer who currently has a contract with Mumbai FC.

Club career

Born in Kabul, Ahmadi came in 1999 with his parents and siblings to Germany. The striker played in the subsequent period at various clubs in Hamburg. 2009 he moved to SC Concordia Hamburg. Since the summer of 2011, he played at SC four-and marshlands in the Oberliga Hamburg. For the 2013/14 season he moved to league rivals TuS Dassendorf. Here he came four times to use before he switched to the I-League for Mumbai FC on 31 October 2013.

National

In October 2011 Sandjar Ahmadi was first appointed to the cadre of the Afghan national. His first international game he played on December 3, 2011 at the South Asian Federation Cup 2011 in India. In the second group match against Sri Lanka he scored his first two international goals.

At the end, they lost in the final against India with 0:4. Two years later, you could return the favor in India with a 2-0 victory in the final and simultaneously win the first international trophy.
