Sandwich wrap

A Wrap ( from English to wrap = wrap ',' wrap ') is a thin, with a filling wrapped into a roll flatbread. Origin is the Tex- Mex cuisine, be so used as cover frequently tortillas. For the filling, there are no fixed recipes, it usually consists of vegetables or salad, fried meat and a spicy sauce, sour cream or the like. Since the 1990s, wraps and Europe have become popular as fast food or finger food.

In oriental cuisine with Dürüm doner shawarma or similar dishes have developed. Even their names are derived from the formulation of wrapping or rolling up.
