Sandy Jeannin

Sandy Jeannin ( born February 28, 1976 in Les Bayard ) is a Swiss ice hockey player. Since 2007 he plays for Fribourg- Gottéron in the National League A in the position of left winger.

Career

From 1993 to 1995 Jeannin played for HC La Chaux -de-Fonds in the National League B, with which he was 1995 champion NLB. He then played two years for the Zürcher SC and three for the HC Davos before the attacker in the summer of 2000 for HC Lugano changed, with which he in 2003 and 2006 Swiss champion in the years and in the years 2003 and 2004 the third reaching space in the IIHF Continental Cup. Prior to the 2007/ 08 season Jeannin was committed by Fribourg- Gottéron. In September 2011 it was announced that Jeannin has extended his expiring contract prematurely in May 2012 for another three years.

Internationally

For Switzerland Jeannin took part in the U20 Junior B World Cup 1995, the U20 World Youth Championship in 1996, the B- World Cup 1996, as the A World Championships in 1996, 1998, 1999 and 2001 to 2009 in part. In addition, he was in the squad of Switzerland at the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City and Torino 2006.
