Santa Vittoria in Matenano

Santa Vittoria in Matenano is an Italian municipality ( comune ) with 1377 inhabitants ( 31 December 2012) in the Province of Fermo in the Marche. The community is located about 24 kilometers southwest of Fermo, belongs to the Comunità montana dei Sibillini and directly borders the provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Macerata.

History

The church was founded 890 by monks of the Benedictine Abbey of Farfa.
