Cyclecars Le Santax was a French manufacturer of automobiles.

Company History

The company based in Paris began in 1922 with the production of automobiles. The brand name was Santax. 1926 production ended.

Rolling stock

The first model was a Cyclecar. For the drive was provided by a single-cylinder two -stroke engine with 125 cc displacement. Due to the low displacement, the vehicle was exempt from motor vehicle tax, and it could be driven without a license.

1926 was followed by a larger model. It was equipped with a single cylinder engine with 500 cc displacement and a three -speed transmission. The original price was only 5300 French franc, one third the price of a Citroën Type C.
