Santiago Lovell

Santiago Alberto Lovell, Sr. ( born April 23 1912 in Buenos Aires, † March 17, 1966 ) was an Argentine boxer.

In the Summer Olympics 1932 in Los Angeles, he won the gold medal in the heavyweight division.

Santiago is the older brother of Guillermo Lovell, who won the silver medal in the heavyweight division at the 1936 Olympic Games in Berlin. He also had a son named Santiago Alberto Lovell, Jr., the Tokyo Olympics was fifth in the heavyweight division in 1964.
