SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio

The SAP NetWeaver Developer Studio ( NWDS ) of SAP is an Eclipse-based integrated development environment. This allows Web Dynpro and J2EE applications are being developed as a Java EE- compliant applications, which come on SAP NetWeaver Application Server Java EE used.

The IDE integrates both Java technologies (J2SE, J2EE, XML, ... ) as well as SAP technologies (Web Dynpro, Java Dictionary, ...). There are many plug -ins of the Web Toolkit project on the use and the IDE was supplemented with proprietary extensions of SAP. So integrated NWDS also the client component to access a NetWeaver Development Infrastructure ( NWDI ).

For the development environment, the applications can develop, build, deploy and run.
