Sara Penzo ( born December 16, 1989 in Chioggia) is an Italian football goal wife.

Career

Clubs

Penzo began her football career with seven years on the streets of their home town of Chioggia. There she was discovered by the coach of the local football club Chioggia Sottomarina and joined there the youth. In the following years, the goalkeeper became the bearer of power and got fourteen years a range of Venetian society Gordige Calcio Ragazze. In 2006 she was appointed from the youth of their association in the Serie B team. There followed a year later, a rental period when Serie A club Sassari Torres CF, where she won the Italian Cup. Upon her return to Gordige, she decided to move to Venice, and signed for the CF Venezia 1984., After three years in Venice, located Penzo decided on 22 August 2011 for a change to the Swiss first division club FC Basel. After they arrived in Basel only six missions in the National League, they moved on June 15, 2012 back to Italy for Serie A club ACF Brescia Femminile.

In July 2008, she contributed a weighty share on winning the U-19 Football Championship Women 2008, the Italians. Penzo participated in the Football Championship of Women 2009 in Finland for her native Italy. Her debut for the senior team they were on September 19, 2012 in Athens in the qualifying match for the European Championship in 2013, a goalless draw against the selection of Greece. When discharged from the 10th to July 28th, 2013 European Championship in Sweden, she belonged to the squad of the national team, came as one of three goalkeepers but not for tournament use.
