Sârbi Susani church

The wooden church of Sârbi Suzani is a church in a Romanian village Sârbi in Maramureş County.

History

The church was built in 1639 of oak. She is one of the oldest wooden churches in the Maramureş and has some archaic features of the sacred wooden architecture. The special value of this monument is to preserve the main entrance portal, whose testimony can be translated using the Julian calendar.
