It may contain striated muscle fibers. The highest incidence is found in children under six years. A characteristic feature is in addition to a strong tendency to grow and the very high tendency to relapse. The treatment includes not only the operation, the combined radio - chemotherapy. Because of the very rapid growth, the prognosis is extremely unfavorable.
