Sardar

Sardar (Persian سردار ( sæɾdɑɾ ) ਸਰਦਾਰ Panjabi, Hindi सरदार, ie [ sɐrda ː r] ), Serdar or Sirdar, is a sovereign title in the old Indo- Aryan languages. Sar or Sir in Sanskrit means boss or authority.
