Sarnia Cherie
Sarnia Cherie is the anthem of the British island of Guernsey. Sarnia is the Latin name of the island. George Deighton wrote Sarnia Cherie 1911. Domenico Santangelo composed the text a year later. The premiere took place in 1911 in St. Julian 's Theatre held (today it is known as the Gaumont Cinema).
