The Saruwaged Mountains (also Saruwared, Sarawaket or Sarawaget ) is a mountain range on the Huon Peninsula in Morobe Province in northeastern Papua New Guinea. The mountain range is dominated by the Sarawaget massif, which is crowned by the two peaks of Mount Bangeta and Mount Sara Waged. History

The Germans have made some explorations in the mountains during their rule of the Kaiser-Wilhelm- country at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century.
