Sarwe Iyasus

Sarwe Jesus ( äthiop. ሣርወ ኢየሱስ, throne name Mehreka Nan ምሕርከ ናኝ, "Distribution of your [ the Lord's] grace", † 1433 ) was in 1433 for a while Negus Nagast ( Emperor ) of Ethiopia and a member of the Solomonic dynasty. He was the son of Takla Mariam.

EA Wallis Budge reported that Sarwe Jesus prevailed either four or eight months and died of the plague.
