Saša Ćirić

Sasa Ciric ( born January 11, 1968 in Kumanovo, SFR Yugoslavia ) is a former Macedonian football player at the position of a striker.

Career

The career of the Macedonian national player born in Kumanovo began in Sloga Skopje. His next stop was FK Metalurg Skopje. From there he moved to Pelister Bitola. About CSKA Sofia and Vardar Skopje came Ciric to FC Aarau, where the 1st FC Nuremberg in 1997 for 1 million Swiss francs brought him.

1999 Sasa Ciric went for 4 million marks to Tennis Borussia Berlin. The 1st FC Nuremberg had him, who wished to remain absolutely and ascend directly back to sell in order to ensure its financial survival. After the withdrawal of licenses of Tennis Borussia Berlin, he returned in 2000 back to the Bundesliga and moved free transfer to Eintracht Frankfurt, where he worked again with coach Felix Magath. In 2002, the Macedonians moved again to the club and ended his career finally in 2006 the Offenbacher Kickers.

Private

Sasa Ciric was a crowd favorite because of his tireless efforts in all of his clubs. He is married to Svetlana and has two children.
