Satsumasendai, Kagoshima
Satsumasendai (Japanese萨摩川 内 市, -shi) is a city located in Kagoshima Prefecture in Japan.
History
At the founding of the province of Satsuma 702 was the seat of the provincial government.
The church today Satsumasendai was on 12 October 2004 from the merger of Sendai, Hiwaki, Iriki, Tōgō Kedōin, as well as the villages of Kami- Koshikijima, Shimo- Koshikijima, Sato and Kashima of Koshikijima Islands.
