Saudi–Egypt Causeway

The link across the Strait of Tiran is a proposal that Egypt and Saudi Arabia to connect with a dam and a bridge over the Straits of Tiran. The whole project would probably cost about four billion U.S. dollars. The crossing would connect Tabuk in Saudi Arabia and the resort of Sharm El -Sheikh on the Sinai Peninsula on the Red Sea and Tiran happen at the entrance of the Gulf of Aqaba.
