The Cathedral of Savonlinna is a church in the Finnish town of Savonlinna. Built in 1874-1878, she served from 1896 to 1925 as bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church Diocese of Savonlinna. Today it is the parish church of the Evangelical Lutheran church Savonlinna Sääminki.

The Cathedral of Savonlinna, built by Axel Hampus Dahlström in Neo-Gothic style and offers 1,000 worshipers. Although the bishop's seat was moved in 1925 in the now Russian Viipuri ( Vyborg ), the title of "Dom " was preserved. Today, the bishop's seat is located in Finland again, but was moved to Mikkeli.

During the Winter War in 1940 Savonlinna was bombed, whereby the 51 -meter-high cathedral was damaged. Under Bertel Liljeqvist it was built somewhat simpler than originally again from 1947 to 1948. In the recent restoration 1990-1991 under Ansu inflow also the organ and the altar windows were replaced.
