SB DJK Rosenheim

The sport DJK Rosenheim is a multi- division sports association in the Upper Bavarian town of Rosenheim.

Hockey

Enjoyed great success the former ice hockey section of the club, which was rebuilt in 1978 following the bankruptcy of the EV Rosenheim. 1982, 1985 and 1989, she became German champion in 1988, 1990 and 1992 runner-up. After renaming the department in Star Bulls Rosenheim 1994, the department in 2000, was spun off.

Football

The football department rose in 1978 to the Bavarian League, but was able to keep there only one season. 2011 succeeded as master of the country south of the league but repeated rise in the Bavarian League. A year later, the team qualified for the play-offs for the newly formed Regionalliga Bayern failed there but already in the first round to the second team of FC Augsburg.

Hockey

The hockey department of the SB DJK Rosenheim was founded in January 1954. With the completion of the hockey course could take place in August 1978, a forced training of teams. 1995 Rise of the men's team in the highest Bavarian league, the Oberliga. 2005 rise of the women's team in the league. 2010 rise of the women's team in the Regionalliga Süd ( third highest league in Germany ). Basketball

The department was created in 1969 when the basketball division of the ESV Rosenheim joined the Sports Association. From 1979 to 1983 and from 1984 to 1988 the club played in the 2nd Basketball Bundesliga.
