SC Pick Szeged

The SC Szeged is a Hungarian handball club from Szeged. The club was founded in 1961 and won in 1996 and 2007 the Hungarian Championship. 1977, 1982, 1983, 1993, 2006 and 2008 the Hungarian Cup was won. Currently, the SC Szeged applies together with KC Veszprém as the strongest club in Hungary and participates regularly in the Champions League in part.

The SC Szeged playing in the city sports hall ( Városi Sportcsarnok ) that holds 3200 spectators.

Name change

The salami company pick is the main and title sponsor of the club. Previously, the club was supported by the local transport company Tisza Volánbusz and led this name in the club name.
