Scaled Composites ATTT

The Scaled Composites ATTT was a twin-engine experimental plane in shoulder -decker interpretation of the U.S. manufacturer Scaled Composites, which was built for the DARPA. This designed by Burt Rutan machine served as the test aircraft for the detection of novel ways of STOL technology. The first machine had a conventional T-tail.

After the first 51 test flights a double tail boom was mounted with vertical stabilizers and an intermediate horizontal stabilizer. The machine is now stored in the Edwards Air Force Base.
