SCAT Air Company is an airline based in Kazakhstan Shymkent Shymkent and base on the airport.
Destinations
SCAT mainly connects cities within Kazakhstan together. Objectives in Kazakhstan include the capital Astana, Almaty or Öskemen. The international connections lie mainly in Central Asia and Russia, but also the Azerbaijani capital of Baku in the Caucasus.
SCAT is, like all other airlines of Kazakhstan with the exception of Air Astana, on the list of operating bans for the airspace of the European Union and this approach may not be.

Incidents
- On January 29, 2013 five crew members and 15 passengers were killed aboard a Bombardier CRJ200 SCAT with a failed landing at the Almaty airport when the plane was coming to land in bad weather in Almaty from Kokshetau.
