Schackendorf

Schacksdorf is a municipality in the district of Segeberg in Schleswig-Holstein.

Geography and transport

Schack village is located km northwest of Bad Segeberg in a rural location on the river Trave and the Limes Saxoniae, the Saxon Wall, which was built around the year 810 by the Saxons to protect against the Slavic Abodrites in eastern Schleswig -Holstein.
