Schindleria brevipinguis

Schindleria brevipinguis is a species of fish subordination of Grundelartigen. S. brevipinguis was short as the smallest vertebrate in the world until Paedocypris progenetica was discovered. A German name is not yet defined, in English the way Stout infantfish (about: Chunky larval fish) called. As early as 1979 the first copy at Osprey Reef was caught, but described scientifically in 2004.

Shape and physique

Schindleria brevipinguis is small and stocky and weighs only 1 mg. He also retains as an adult child, larvae -like features and is only about 2 months old. A female trapped animal had a length of 8.4 mm, a male was about 7 mm long. Possess the fish until the big eyes no color pigments.

Habitat
