Schinkel is a municipality on the Kiel Canal in Rendsburg- Eckernförde in Schleswig -Holstein.

Geography and transport

Schinkel is located about 20 km west of Kiel on the north shore of the North Sea-Baltic Canal. To the northeast the federal highway 76 runs from Kiel to Eckernförde.

Good Rosary
