The plot follows the story of the private mercenary team to captain backwater Tagon. Namesake of the comic is the Amorphkreatur Schlock, which hires at the beginning of the story.

Publication

Since the first issue on 12 June 2000 appears every day just another comic strip, so to this day ( 08 April 2014) 5049 editions appeared. 2007 and 2008, published ten anthologies of comics.

Awards

  • The comic won an award for the best cameo and 2004 for the best science fiction comic at the Web Cartoonists ' Choice Awards 2001. He was nominated twice more for the price.
  • In 2009 he was nominated for the Hugo Award.
