Schneekoenig

Schneekoenig is a Swiss Nu- jazz band that was influenced by Bugge Wesseltoft and St. Germain. The nearly decade-old jazz combo led by keyboardist Jürg Schneebeli. It is famous for its collaboration with leading Swiss and international jazz musicians, among others with trumpeter Peter Schärli the on the album " Double Identity " (2004) permitting, or with Ray Anderson, on the album " relaunch " (2010). The members of the band existed at the time of Juerg Schneebeli (keyboards, cyber tools), Felix Straumann (saxophone), Yves Michel (guitar ), Thomas Blaettler (bass) and Roger Schmidt (drums). Schneekoenig has to date released four albums: "Snow King ", "Stop and Go", " Double Identity " and " relaunch ".
