Course

At the foot of the central mountain, south of the Conrodfeld the sulfur creek rises to 395 meters above sea level. The source is located on a forest road known as Long Way, 50 m above the junction with a dirt road called forest path. In Alexisbad the sulfur creek, near the coming of Harzgerode Bach, in the Selke opens. Shortly before crossing the Selketalbahn the creek. In the vicinity there is a sulfur bridge called yellow bridge over the Selke.
