Scoglio d' Affrica (also Scoglio d'Africa ) or Formica di Monte Cristo (it. scoglio "rock" formica " ant ") is the name of a small rock, which is counted to the Tuscan Archipelago. It is located in the Tyrrhenian Sea 18.5 km west of Monte Cristo, 23.2 km south of Pianosa, and 43.1 kilometers east of Corsica.

The island is located in the southwest of the bank Formiche di Monte Cristo, which is nowhere deeper than 37 meters. The area of ​​two meters above the sea level rising, flat rock island is just under 0.4 hectares or 4000 square meters.

In the southwest of the island there is a 16 meter high lighthouse. Administratively Scoglio d' Affrica belongs to the municipality of Portoferraio on Elba.
