Scott L. Klug

Scott L. Klug ( born January 16, 1953 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin) is an American politician. Between 1991 and 1999 he represented the state of Wisconsin in the U.S. House of Representatives.

Career

Scott Klug visited in his youth, private schools and from then until 1975, the Lawrence University in Appleton. Subsequently, he studied until 1976 at Northwestern University in Evanston (Illinois ) and to 1990 at the University of Wisconsin in Madison. In the meantime he was in Seattle (Washington) in the television business. There he worked as a TV reporter. Scott was also vice president of an investment company and was a newspaper publisher.

Politically, Klug joined the Republican Party. In the congressional elections of 1990 he was in the second electoral district of Wisconsin in the U.S. House of Representatives in Washington DC chosen, where he succeeded the longtime deputies Robert box Meier took on 3 January 1991, whom he had beaten in the election. After three re- elections, he was able to complete in Congress until January 3, 1999 four legislative sessions. There he was at times a member of the Energy and Commerce Committee. In 1998 he gave up another candidacy.

In advance of the 2008 presidential election was announced that he was to lead the election campaign of Rudolph Giuliani in Wisconsin along with former U.S. Senator Bob box. Scott Klug is married and has three sons.
