Scott McDaniel

Scott McDaniel (born 1965 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is an American comic book artist.

Life

After shooting Penn Hills Senior High School in Pennsylvania McDaniel started at Bucknell University in Lewisburg, to study medicine. After a two-fold change in his field of study and obtaining a certificate in Electromechanical McDaniel, who had been taught as a child to draw a self-taught began to work for the company Singer.

After a move to Pittsburgh and through the good offices of a friend who worked as an editor at the comic book publisher Marvel, finally succeeded McDaniel sideline first of Marvel small orders to get as a draftsman. The mid-1990s he was - after he had received the job of the root signer for the Daredevil series of Marvel - his job as an electrician on in order to devote himself entirely to his work as a draftsman can.

In 1996, McDaniel to Marvel's rival DC Comics, for which he works to this day. For DC he was, among other stories for the series Nightwing (1996-2000), Batman (2000-2002), Robin (2003-2003) and Green Arrow (2006-2007). Among the authors with whom McDaniel has most frequently worked together in the past, include Chuck Dixon, Ed Brubaker and Larry Hama.
